The ATtiny84 and 85 have 8k of flash memory (compared to 32k in the ATmega328p, the most commonly found microcontroller on Arduino platforms). A bootloader like micronucleus allows us to upload firmware to the microcontroller over a "virtual" USB (V-USB) connection rather than using a separate microcontroller for programming.

I also rebooted Win10, looked at my devices, and the device still isn't there, even when I did "Show hidden devices" in device manager. When I rebooted the PC I noticed there were updates pending, so maybe that caused a problem.

though the AtTiny85 is still connected. And this sequency of install sound / uninstall-sound repeats infinitely . If I try to see what device gets installed in the device-manager the updating of the device-manager is too slow to follow-up the repeated seuqence of install / uninstall. This happens with all three AtTiny85-boards

But unfortunately the driver windows has chosen was a standard USB driver not a DigiSpark driver. There seems to be no option to select the proper driver.. The Attiny85 doesn't have a UART so it will require using software to emulate the serial interface needed to interface with a Bluetooth module. But you should be okay with a 433 MHz.
